Today the majority of workplaces experience the everyday challenges intrinsic in managing the 4 different generations working side by side. As if those challenges were not enough, we will soon be entering a time where we will see 5 generations in the workforce at the same time. Each generation has particular characteristics and communication styles influenced by the numerous factors we all encounter during our formative years.
