Monday Move: Your First Guide to Navigating the Vending Machine

The final MineFit Q2 Initiative on Focus and Attention turns our heads and stomachs to an important Monday Move: The Index Finger Pushing the Vending Machine Button.

If you are in a bind, here are the top three selections from the vending machine to help satiate your hunger and not damage your health:

(1) Choose the Doritos, Or the “Rice Chips”…and Never, Ever, Get the Pretzels.
(2) Go for a Snickers or a Peanut M&M’s. This button will ensure that you have poly-unsaturated fats to get you through the next few hours, and this selection will not spike your blood sugar.  
(3) Choose a Diet Soda when in need, or just grab a cup of water.  If fluids are not an issue for you, here is one more vending factoid: The baked goods are to be avoided like the plague. Namely because they are mysteriously soft and tasty, despite being in a package for a very long period of time.
