Employee Well-Being and Employee Engagement Programs are Surging

Nearly two-thirds (64%) of U.S. employers say they will develop a “workplace culture that supports employee well-being as a primary strategy to boost health engagement” by 2018. 

This marks a huge shift from the 34% that made such a claim last year. This news comes from a survey on health and productivity strategies of 487 US employers conducted by Willis Towers Watson.

-Creating a supportive physical and social environment,
-Including family members, and 
-Leveraging technology.
