Employee Well-Being and Employee Engagement Programs are Surging

Posted By Darrell Smith, Friday, June 17, 2016

Nearly two-thirds (64%) of U.S. employers say they will develop a “workplace culture that supports employee well-being as a primary strategy to boost health engagement” by 2018.

This marks a huge shift from the 34% that made such a claim last year. This news comes from a survey on health and productivity strategies of 487 US employers conducted by Willis Towers Watson.

Stepwise Success in Building a Program:
-Obtaining commitment from leadership,
-Creating a supportive physical and social environment,
-Including family members, and
-Leveraging technology.

MineFit hopes to provide all of the appropriate elements necessary to encourage IMA-NA member companies to embrace this growing trend in workplace wellness. Please take a look at the Q1 and Q2 materials available to you on the website to boost employee engagement, reduce injury, optimize health and safety, and take home to your family. We are already looking forward to a great Q3 Initiative, and are open to your questions and feedback. Send us an email anytime.
