The Overhead Reach
Make yourself into the shape of a C, bending to the side and reaching your arm over your head. The arm should be mostly straight, and the bicep should remain close to the ear. Reach your other arm down to the floor to enhance the stretch on that entire side of the body. Hold 30 seconds or take 6 deep breaths, trying to lengthen your C shape. Switch sides.
