Monday Moves with MineFit: Cross Ankle Squat

MineFit reminder to keep moving!  

Hold something for balance, cross your ankle over the opposite thigh, then sink into a squatting motion. Hold for 20 seconds on each side. This move can also be performed while sitting in a chair or lying down. It helps reduce hip and lower back pain.

Focus: Outside of the hips and buttocks.
