OSHA's New Reporting Requirements Begin January 1, 2015

Posted By Chris Greissing, Monday, November 17, 2014
The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) sent out a press release reminding the regulated community that beginning January 1, 2015, there will be a change to what employers are required to report.  Employers will now be required to report all work-related fatalities within 8 hours and all in-patient hospitalizations, amputations, and losses of an eye within 24 hours of the incident. For more information, please visit OSHA's page on the recordkeeping rule on their website.
