Regulatory Comments

The Industrial Minerals Association - North America is active in providing input to regulator agencies such as the Environmental Protection Agency, the Department of Interior and the Department of Labor.  Comments are typically prepared by IMA-NA standing committees or task forces with the assistance of IMA-NA staff members.  Below are copies of recent public comments filed by IMA-NA categorized by agency.
