Producer Membership Criteria and Dues

All North American companies engaged in the extraction or processing of industrial minerals are eligible to apply for membership in the Industrial Minerals Association - North America (IMA-NA).  Also eligible to apply for membership are trade associations representing such companies.

Membership dues are based on Sales, as follows:

»Up to $10,000,000 in Sales: Annual Dues = $10,000
»Between $10,000,000 and $12,500,000 in Sales: Annual Dues = (Total Sales) x (0.001)
»Greater than $12,500,000 in Sales: Annual Dues = $12,500

IMA-NA consists of mineral sections that represent the interest of particular minerals.  Membership in more than one section requires an annual dues payment of $5,000 per additional section.

Please note that a 50% discount may be applied to the first year's membership, and that new members will be pro-rated by calendar quarter based on the date in which they join. 

Dues invoices are processed quaterly.
